Warren Faircloth
Founder
Warren Faircloth founded Faircloth Skimmer with his wife Margaret in 2000 to provide a high performing skimmer for dewatering sediment basins.
Prior to starting the Company, Warren worked in agricultural conservation for the Chatham and Orange Soil and Water Conservation Districts in North Carolina for 7 years. He also served 18 years overseeing the Erosion Control Ordinance on constructions in Orange County and Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Warren recently received the 2024 IECA Lifetime Achievement Award for Environmental Excellence.


Michael Brewer
CEO
Michael Brewer is CEO of Faircloth Skimmer and is responsible for all sales and operations, and ensuring the Company delivers world-class products, water protection solutions, and excellence in customer service.
From 2008-2022 Michael worked for AQUALIS which provides post construction stormwater and wastewater services. During his time, he held a full spectrum of roles including Executive Vice President of Client Success.
Michael graduated from Appalachian State University with a BS in Recreation Management.
Tracy Page
VP of Finance
Tracy Page is the VP of Finance at Faircloth Skimmer and manages all financial activities including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, HR, and IT.
She has over 30 years of experience in various finance and operating roles in distribution, manufacturing, direct marketing, and e-commerce.
Tracy earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Kenan Flagler Business School.


McCall Branson
Director of Operations
McCall Branson is the Director of Operations at Faircloth Skimmer and is responsible for all manufacturing and warehouse operations, production scheduling, quality control, inventory management, and shipping.
Before joining Faircloth Skimmer, McCall worked at Raleigh Denim Workshop in a wide variety of production roles.
McCall earned a BA in Liberal Arts from New College of Florida and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Matt Love
Technical Education and Outreach Manager
Matthew Love is the Inside Sales Manager at Faircloth Skimmer and is responsible for inside sales support as well as educating engineers, regulators, and distributors on proper skimmer use and sediment basin design.
Before joining Faircloth Skimmer, he spent 8 years teaching English in Tokyo, Japan.
Matthew graduated from Elon University with a degree in Physics.


Lynda Newman
Customer Solutions Manager
Lynda Newman provides inside sales support for the sales team and customers. She is also responsible for sales, customer service and office administration.
Lynda earned a BA in English from the University of North Carolina.
Chase Goodwin
Territory Sales Manager
Chase Goodwin is a Territory Sales Manager at Faircloth Skimmer and is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationship, as well as supporting engineers, regulators, and contractors with sediment basin design and proper skimmer use throughout Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.
Before joining Faircloth Skimmer, Chase worked as a civil engineer focused on stormwater modeling and infrastructure design.
Chase earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Lipscomb University and passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.


Melanie Edwards
Inside Sales Admin
Melanie Edwards is the Inside Sales Admin and is responsible for sales support, office administration, accounting support, as well as marketing and digital content creation.
Melanie earned a B.A. in Public Health from the East Carolina University and Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
